Alex Kirkwood, Managing Director

Alex began his career as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer with Rolls Royce and accumulated 20 years’ experience with them, laterally working as a Senior Development and Test Engineer on the Aero engines. He came to Bar knight as the Production Manager in 1998 and subsequently purchased the company in 2007.

David Allan, Production Manager

David has over 30 years of hands on experience in the Precision Engineering business. He is highly skilled in CNC Milling and Prototyping and in 2008 he took over as the Production Manager. He also oversees the CAD CAM facility.

Linda Rae, Administrative Manager

Linda manages the day to day running of the Office and the key Customer and Supplier interface. She is also a fully qualified IOS Auditor and plays a key role in ensuring our Management System runs smoothly.

Elaine Kirkwood, Business Strategy

Elaine originally graduated in Engineering and over the years she has accumulated a wealth of business experience. Her main role in Bar Knight is to manage the Business Strategy. She is also responsible for overseeing Health and Safety and is a fully qualified IOS Auditor.
