Over the years we have worked extensively with the design engineers on numerous projects from line tooling through to complete machine builds used on our customer’s production lines. All of this done with the objective of minimising cost but at same time meeting all legal requirements in terms of the high specification materials used. We have experience in machining all types of materials including PTFE, peek, Delrin etc.

We also regularly manufacture batches of consumables for the production lines.
