From initial enquiry to delivery we work in partnership with all of our Clients to ensure we develop the best possible solution. Every Client gets the same level of service no matter how big or small the enquiry is. Some clients like to come on site to work with us face to face whereas others prefer to work remotely by email or telephone – we are happy to do either.

The majority of our Clients have an indication of material types they would like to use but in most cases we enter into discussion with them as over the years we have built extensive knowledge of working with all types of metals, plastics and exotic alloys and we generally are able to advise what works best in different Industry scenarios. We also offer a comprehensive range of component surface finishes and treatments including anodising,plating,chrome finishing,specialised cleaning – to name but a few.

To be cost effective the solution may involve producing larger quantities than immediately required and we offer a stock holding facility. This is something we do on a regular basis to satisfy our Client’s JIT/Kanban systems. We are able to deliver anywhere in the UK next day and in Europe in 2 days.
