Our Manufacturing facility contains a mix of both CNC and Conventional Milling and Turning machines thus enabling us to compete competitively in all areas of Manufacturing from high volume precision parts to one-off bespoke items.

The CNC machines have the capability to produce complex components to very tight tolerances and our highly skilled workforce have a vast amount of experience in working with all types of materials from plastics through to exotic metals.

Components with more intricate geometry can be economically produced by utilising our multi axis capabilities.
All of our CNC machines are linked to our CAD/CAM programing software. This ensures we can quickly set the machines for repeatable Quality perfection. They are also linked to our DNC systems allowing us to effectively manage our CNC communications and NC data Management.

Our conventional Milling and Turning machines are the ideal choice for producing prototypes during the design and development phases. They are also a cost effective method of producing 1-offs and modified components in a rapid turn around environment.
